We'd love to hear from you if you, or someone you're close to, has been floxed. We believe that if we join our voices together it will help make changes to the way fluoroquinolones are prescribed. We hope that eventually no more unsuspecting people will be given these very powerful drugs unless it is absolutely necessary.

Although the latest guidance from the MHRA (Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Authority) says fluoroquinolones "must now only be prescribed when other commonly recommended antibiotics are inappropriate" we've been told that so far the amount of prescribing hasn't changed. 

We don't have a forum on this website, but we do have a closed Facebook group where we chat and swap information. The group is called FluoroQuinolone Toxicity Support UK. After clicking "Join Group" you will be asked to fill in some details about what happened.
